Stage 1 involves the collection and analysis of data to produce a talent pipeline report. This reports looks at the talent you attract, retain, promote and lose in order to build a picture of where your key challenges are.
From the numbers analysis, together we will choose one key question to be explored in depth qualitatively; for example ‘why aren’t more women reaching the top here?’ or ‘why are we having such difficulty retaining key talent?’.
Finally, we move to bespoke recommendations and actions. Following consultation with key stakeholders, a timebound project plan is produced.
