As the summer draws to a close (how did that happen so quickly?), we are ready to share what we have been working on behind the scenes. Between swims and long stretches of sunshine, we have been quietly shaping something that feels very close to our hearts: our Leading with Heart framework.

We have been building this for a while now. It has come from years of coaching leaders, working with teams under pressure, and listening deeply to what organisations really need to thrive in uncertain times. (And, yes, a trip to Tangier to the House of Beautiful Business event which really stretched our thinking).

Over the past few months, we have been researching, refining, and testing what it really means to lead with heart, not just as a nice-to-have, but as a core business strategy that drives trust, performance, and wellbeing.

Now, as we move into autumn, it feels like the right time to finally share this work more openly with our clients and beyond. Leading with Heart is designed to help leaders and organisations:
