It had SUCH a positive impact on me. I loved the time, the space, and the quality of the conversation. After 1 or 2 sessions it was clear I was near burnout and the things I wanted from my work life weren't the things I was getting. I have benefitted hugely from my time & sessions with Jo. Thank you so much.
